While walking through the forest after school one day, a high school student Sho Fukamachi stumble across an odd alien device. While examining it, Sho accidentally triggers it which bonds with him which transforms him into the Guyver. However after becoming Guyver, Sho is trying to survive as the Chronos Corporation along with their Zoanoids try to repossess the Guyver unit by any means necessary. Now Sho along with his friends and new allies try to do everything they can to escape from the clutches of Chronos and try to figure out of how to defeat them once for all.
